Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- You were charged but the order was not delivered.
- The delivered items were incorrect or incomplete.
- The food was spoiled or unfit for consumption (photo evidence may be required). All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
- Delays caused by traffic or weather.
- Change of mind after food preparation has begun.
- Inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.
- Failure to be available at the delivery address.
3. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
